problem with add-on of captcha in login page

hello sir i`m having problem with your add-on.

when user do login after completing captcha then this error come.

You did not complete the CAPTCHA verification properly. Please try again.

i tried many time and after verification complete on green tick and then we do login and this error we are getting.

how to solve it?
